Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully
Our cancellation policy is: cancellation within a 48 hour period will
incur 100% payment of first nights stay. However we will endeavor to
sell the room/bed on your behalf so contact us even within this time
and IF your room/bed can be resold we will refund you.
PLEASE NOTE NONE OF THESE PRICES APPLY ON ANY MARLBOROUGH FESTIVAL EVENTS . Prices on this site are cash only prices, we do not have eftpos facilities and credit card payment in incur 5% increase in price.
Unless exceptional circumstances we do not accept check outs on December 25 Christmas Day
